Music is crucial to my work, of course, so you can always just check out my Spotify in general, but I’ve also created some use-specific lists for you to experiment with. The first four lists here are about or just under 30 minutes:
To release and work with anger and frustration
To send out intentions/energy/prayers (whatever you think of that as)
This is a much longer list for deep body listening. You can use the whole thing or just dip your toe in here and there. I just wanted to make a list of music/sound that can take you deeper.
