You can’t think your way into loving yourself.

You can’t think your way into loving your life.

Why?

How do we shift this?

How do we become fully embodied?

How do we (re)become openhearted and spontaneously joyful?

When you drop into your body and get into a state of flow, you suddenly have answers to questions that perhaps have been keeping you awake at night.

Most of us have experienced this, now and then, as a “taking a shower a-ha!” or as a download of ideas when we’re doing something physical like gardening, but we wish it could happen more or even on demand.

When you drop into your body, you do have access to deep wisdom but then what happens…

This deep wisdom gets warped as it filters up through our subconscious and through all the unremembered or unspoken trauma and fears and then through all the cultural conditioning and stories, until finally it becomes accessible to your word-based language brain. From there, it gets warped further through the limits of words.

By then, it no longer even closely resembles the truth it originally came from.

When we look at it this way — when we see how cut off we are from our innate knowing — we start to understand another cause of the seemingly widespread chronic depression and anxiety.

We’re all living from a limited understanding of who we are.

Perhaps you’ve tried talk therapy and yoga and countless other “trauma informed” practices and modalities and you’re still feeling some level of disconnect.

This is where all the aspects of JoyBody.Studio come in.
