For this four week session, you’ll have two evenings (or recordings) to choose from or you can do both at a discount! On Tuesdays, we’ll get hyper meditative and breath focused in our movement work, and on Thursdays, we’ll dive into explorative work that takes us past this physical form and into our emotional and psychological landscapes (the space within us where our wordless truth resides).
Of course, both are meditative and breath focused and both are explorative. This is about where the primary focus is.

What will these classes look like?
If you’ve never taken a class like this with me, start by reading over here.
Tuesday’s meditative/breath focus will be a lot about long stretches of music that support long stretches of quiet time. I’ll be guiding you but minimally throughout so as not to interrupt the deepening of your own experience.
Thursday’s explorative work will be more prompt focused. We’ll be using the Zen Koan technique of confusing the mind chatter to get to our true selves. We’ll also investigate finding new ways of moving to allow for new ways of thinking and being.
